How do you de-stress? Get involved in wellbeing week.

What does wellbeing mean to you? Is it creative, peaceful, musical, funny, sociable, nutritious, inside or outside?

 

Next March MDXSU will be hosting a week of wellbeing activities across the university, aimed at helping students to de-stress and have fun.

 

We want students to be as involved in the event as possible, both in planning and delivering the week's activities.

 

If you could design an activity to de-stress and have fun what would you do? Do you have any skills like dancing, meditation, vegan cooking, singing, drawing, or bird-watching that you could share with others?

 

The events can be talks, presentations, guided activities, workshops, performances (musical or otherwise) or any other idea you can come up with. Collaborate with others and be creative!
