Ladies Only Fitness Sessions at Middlesex Uni

Looking to improve your fitness or try out a new sport? Middlesex University Sport offer women only sessions on Monday and Thursday mornings between 10 and 11am. The sessions are run by female instructors and complete beginners are welcome! The Thursday morning session will provide the chance to try out ladies only weightlifting too - an amazing way to increase your fitness levels, gain strength and get toned. 

 

 

If you don't have a gym membership, don't worry. With a Move It membership the sessions are completely free. A Move It membership  is available to all students and costs just £5 for an academic year, and allows you to attend as many activities on the Move It timetable as you like!
