London by Cycle will be back at MDX tomorrow, sorting out your bicycle problems over a slice of cake - and it's all for free! You can find them outside MDX House between 11am and 3pm on Wednesday 25th February.

If you want to know more about route planning and bike maintenance, or you'd just like to gain confidence when cycling, join them for a chat and advice over some free tea or coffee and cake. They'll also be offering free anti-theft security tagging, and bringing in bikes for you to try out! Have your own bike? Bring it in to see the London by Cycle team for free repairs and advice.

Students will also have the chance to win a folding Brompton bike with accessories, worth £900. To enter the competition, find London by Cycle outside MDX House, leave your details on an iPad, then complete the two, short follow up surveys emailed to you.

Alongside London by Cycle, Metropolitan Police will be here with their Exchanging Places exhibit – see what the driver sees from the cab of a real HGV.
