Have you meet this year's elected MDXSU Student Officers yet?

They've been in their new jobs for about a month now, so we thought it was time you were formally introduced...

Your MDXSU Student Officers lead your Students' Union and act as your voice on campus, campaigning on issues you care about and representing your views and needs in university decisions.

Like you, they studied at Middlesex, and were elected to their current positions by student votes in the MDXSU Elections in March.

They are part of a wider MDXSU Executive team, made up of the four Student Officers plus six part-time School Voice Leaders who represent each of your Schools - Stephanie, Chaar, Ronit, Rebeca, Andy and Matthew.

While your Student Officers campaign on issues affecting students more broadly - such as rogue landlords, reducing the cost of graduation and making Wednesday afternoons free from classes - your Vice Presidents also represent each of the six Schools at Middlesex University and campaign on issues specifically affecting them, so it's worth knowing who the VP for your School is!

So who are the Officer team for 2016/17?

MDXSU President, Simba Lkaderi

Vice President Business and Law, Katie Dragomirova

,

Vice President Health & Education and Science & Technology, Orla Hillary

Vice President Art & Design and Media & Performing Arts, Joe Cox

To find out more about your Student Officers for 2016/17 and their aims and objectives for the coming year, visit their individual pages using the links above, or keep an eye on our website - each of our Student Officers will be publishing their first blogs of the year soon, telling you a bit more about them and what they want to achieve for Middlesex students this year.
