Make a complaint

The university welcomes suggestions and complaints about any aspect of university life.

The first step to take is to try and talk informally with the person concerned. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome you receive, you are entitled to make a formal complaint through established procedures. You should always try to resolve the issue directly with the person concerned first as often the problem can be resolved much more quickly.
