Following from the Student Group elections that were held in March, the by-election to fill the vacant positions has now been held. 

17 Student Groups, as well as positions for 3 of the Liberation Groups held elections to fill some positions that were not filled the first time round. These included Vice President, Secretary and Finance officer amongst others. 

The results are now available to view here, and indivudal count sheets can be provided upon request to the Student Voice team. Congratulations to the students who have been elected to their positions. The students who were unsuccessful this time will still have a chance to be involved in their society, and are encouraged to continue being an integral part of their student group.

Over the next few weeks, there will be a period of handover from the current committees to the new committees. This will be organised between the Societies team at MDXSU and each individual student group. There will also be Student Group training taking place in the new academic year.
