Coming back to Middlesex this Autumn? Cast your mind back to your first term here - the excitement, the nerves, the new people, the new experiences. Coming to a new university - maybe even a new country - can be daunting, which is why we've set up the Buddy Programme.
Brand new for this year, MDXSU's Buddy Programme matches new students with returning students, giving new students someone to turn to about the social side of uni life. Most importantly, this "someone" is a Middlesex student who has asked the same questions and been through the same experiences, making their advice and knowledge all the more valuable.

All that insider knowledge you've gained about the university and London? You'll finally have an eager audience to share it with.
Some students really struggle to adapt to university life. Your support could be the difference between dropping out and completing their degree.
As a Buddy, you'll need to attend our two Buddy Meet & Greets during Freshers. After this, you'll need to spend just one hour per week on your Buddying duties for the following one month. Easy.
It's a tough world out there - the things you've achieved outside of your degree make a massive difference when you're applying for jobs.
Chances are, you'll end up learning just as much from your Buddy as they do from you.
Not the biggest reason... but still. Great look.
MDXSU will be on hand to provide training and support.
"I'd like to thank my family, my fans... my MDXSU Buddy during my first term at Middlesex..."
