The MDXSU Advice service offers free, confidential, and independent advice to Middlesex University students studying at the Hendon Campus in London. The Advice Service is separate from the University meaning we can support you in a range of academic issues, as well as provide guidance on non-academic issues. Accessibility and how to access the Advice Service

The MDXSU Advice Service is committed to being inclusive, flexible, and accessible to all students. We understand that everyone's needs are different, and we aim to offer support in ways that work best for you. Reasonable adjustments can be made wherever possible.

You can access the Advice Service in the following ways:

Email support

If you are unable to attend the office in person, our advisers can support you via email.

Online appointments

We offer online meetings via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, which may be helpful if you prefer remote support or are unable to come to campus.

Face-to-face appointments

Students who prefer in-person support can book a face-to-face appointment with an adviser.

Physical accessibility

Our office has lift access available for students with physical accessibility needs.
