What will happen in my meeting with an advisor?

The meeting will take place at Middlesex Students' Union downstairs in MDX House, where you will speak to an advisor in a confidential room. The advisor will ask you about the situation, talk you through the process of an appeal or complaint, and you will also have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
