NUTRITION WORKSHOP

WHAT:

Making food choices shouldn’t be stressful, and we can think about how to reduce stress and anxiety in relation food, exercise and self-care. This session, run by a professional nutritionist, will help you to think about making cheap, quick, easy and accessible food choices which can give you energy and boost your mood. We will also look at how you can use food to manage hangovers more effectively, and there’ll be free snacks to try!

WHO: This session will be run by Jenna Hope (ANutr), a registered nutritionist who works with individual clients and as a nutrition consultant to high street and newly developing brands, cafes and restaurants. After changing her own diet at the age of 16 Jenna became fascinated by the way in which food can influence the mind and the body. As an avid foodie Jenna is passionate about demonstrating that food should never be boring and should always be enjoyable and nutritious. For delicious, healthy recipes and more nutrition tips follow Jenna on Instagram @jennahopenutrition or contact her via her website www.jennahopenutrition.com
