Stressed Out Students

As part of Raquel Marques Mental Health Campaign, SOS (Stressed Out Students) will provide alternative stress relief methods to practice alongside, in the interim, or to prevent the need for more traditional mental health practices (e.g. counselling therapy). Take some time out of your busy schedule this exam and deadlines period to look after yourself, refresh and recharge,

There will be activities such as: Look After Your Mate training, Mental Health First Aid, therapeutic art, mindfullness sessions, yoga, a cooking class and nutrition workshop (including tips on how to cure a hangover!).
