MDXSU are excited to announce our headline DJ for this Friday's Freshers' Ball... Radio 1Xtra DJ and TV star Sarah-Jane Crawford!

Sarah-Jane Crawford is the leading lady at 1Xtra, having presented her 1-4pm prime-time slot on Radio 1Xtra since 2009. You might also recognise her from her TV roles presenting the Xtra Factor and hosting last year's MOBO Awards.

In the past few years Sarah-Jane has DJ'd in Warsaw, New York, Los Angeles, St. Tropez and Hong Kong, and now she's coming to Middlesex! She'll be heading back to States next month to start a new project in Los Angeles - Sarah-Jane's last 1Xtra show will be aired just hours before the Freshers' Ball this Friday.

As well as our special guest DJ, the Freshers' Ball will feature a spellbinding cast of characters and performers to fit the extravagant circus theme. Take inspiration from trapeze artists, ringmasters and mimes and dress in your circus best! Whether you come in fancy dress or just dress fancy, you won't want to miss this.
