As Middlesex students know, our union has been through a dramatic period of change in the last two years, including changing our name, changing our logo, changing our premises, changing our democratic structure and changing our vision.

But equally importantly, we have dramatically changed our culture from one of being closed and opaque to Middlesex students to being open and transparent.

Today marks the end of this journey, as we publish all documents - current and historical - relating to the democratic and strategic running of the students union. On this transparency hub you will find documents relating to our Turnaround, minutes from our Trustee Board, and minutes from our executive committee, our strategic plan, our KPIs, officer manifestos and officer action plan. 

MDXSU President Sayed Alkadiri said: “I have always committed our union to be as transparent as possible with the publishing of our officer action plan, which set the tone for my leadership. Now I go one step further by opening our entire students union to you, my beloved electorate, so you can see what we are doing and hold us to account for that. You will see in the coming months that we will develop our transparency agenda into a sector-leading delivery model, which on a day-to-day basis, you will be able see what your students union is doing for you on your school, for your course and most importantly for you.”
