Middlesex's student-led POW! Magazine has won Best Design at this year's national Student Publication Association (SPA) awards.
POW! Mag received the accolade of best-designed student magazine for it's "strong and identifiable brand" at this year's prestigious SPA awards in Loughborough, beating fourteen other shortlisted publications to the title.
The Student Publication Association (SPA) is the national body that represents student publications and journalists across Great Britain, with their annual awards recognising the best in student journalistic talent nationwide - from the best features and interviews to design and photography.

POW! Magazine editor, final year Fashion Communication and Styling student Rowena Kinghorn, said, "We're so excited to have won Best Design for our 'strong and identifiable brand'. We had a great time at the SPA National Conference and it was an amazing triumph for little POW! Mag to scoop this national award!"

POW! Media received a rebrand in 2014, resulting in it's new name and the current, vibrant, comic-book style, with the first ever POW! Mag being shortlisted for the SPA Design Award in 2015 before the first issue had even gone to print!
