  • Fear and anxiety about what is happening in various places in the world can be overwhelming and emotionally challenging. The Counselling and Mental Health Service is our team of mental health professionals that holds a confidential space of compassion and support for students in the UK. The quickest way to reach out to us is through the OneOff appointment request, offering you the chance for a one-time either online or in-person appointment with a member of team within the same or next day. 
Students currently outside the UK
  • We have a free dedicated helpline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Just use WhatsApp and text 'Hi' to the number +44 (0)7418 360 780 and mention you’re an international Middlesex Student. They’re there to listen, and you can even request to speak to a counsellor that speaks your first language, if you feel more comfortable to do so.
