To purchase a card, just bring the following to the Student Union Welcome Desk, on the Ground Floor of the Forum:

1.     The money for your chosen card in cash 

2.     The full name, email address and date of birth of the person who will use the card

3.     A picture of you, or your friend/family member in digital format (JPEG would be great) - you can email this in advance to info@mdxsu.ac.uk or on the spot!
