Movember is more than just an excuse to grow a moustache. It’s a movement that encourages people to talk more openly about men’s health and wellbeing.
Across the world, Movember helps funding life-changing projects that support mental health services, promote early cancer detection, and challenge the stigma that often prevents men from seeking help.
We know that starting these conversations can make a real difference. This campaign gives us a chance to promote open dialogue, connect with one another, and show that support is always available.
Throughout November, we will be hosting a series of events and activities designed to bring people together and keep the conversation going.
Our weekly Movember Drop-In Session will offer a relaxed and welcoming space for students and staff to chat, take a break, meet others and talk about wellbeing in an open and supportive environment.
There are many ways to take part in Movember at Middlesex. You can join our fundraising page, make a donation, or simply start a conversation with someone who might need one. Every small action helps spread awareness and support for men’s health.
If you’d like to join in, you can donate, check our events or you can follow our social media pages for progress updates throughout the month and to see how our community is making an impact.
