SLTAs 2023: The Winners

Thursday 23-03-2023 - 21:00

As we rolled into 2023, we asked Students about the staff at the University that had made their Student Experience at Middlesex - from their employability to their feedback, to the teachers who were innovating, to the professional services staff supporting students. We found the massive impact that staff had on students in the most difficult of times. We received an incredible 490 nominations across the University from students telling us about the incredible staff that we are lucky to have at MDX. We had 14 categories that staff was nominated in and a couple of weeks ago we announced our shortlisted staff for the Student-Led Teaching Awards.

Both students and staff were invited to tonight's award ceremony hosted in the Quad where they were recognised for the tremendous hard work they have conducted over the last couple of years. The SLTAs exist to champion and celebrate the partnership that exists between staff and students at MDX. We want to congratulate every staff member who was nominated, those who were shortlisted, and those who went on to win - the impact you have on students cannot be overestimated.
