
We all know the assessment period can feel overwhelming at times. That's why looking after yourself is more important than ever - getting enough sleep, eating well, staying hydrated and taking regular breaks can make a huge difference to your performance and wellbeing.
To support you through this busy time, we're excited to bring you Stressbusters - a campaign led by our Education Officer, Richa, and supported by teams across the Union. Throughout the assessment period, we'll be offering a host of events, wellbeing activities, freebies and helpful resources to keep you energised, motivated and feeling your best.
So instead of powering through non-stop, pace yourself and give your brain the breather it deserves. Join us for a range of relaxing and fun events designed to help you unwind and reset during exam season.
