Sukritha Pothaganti Priorities:

  • Academic Support – Encourage and support a wider range of student-led campus projects, providing resources, and funding to empower students in initiating and implementing their own learning in the classroom into innovative initiatives that enhance the campus community.
  • Disability Support – Implement an accessibility plan to increase inclusivity and support for disabled students, including enhancing physical infrastructure, technology, and resources to ensure equal access to educational opportunities, facilities, and services.
  • Employability – Integrating employability and career development skills into the curriculum, offering workshops, seminars, and courses that equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and networks to excel in their chosen careers

 
 
The Academic Experience Officer represents Student Members to the University and external audiences. They lead in policy-making, campaigning and lobbying work in conjunction with other Officers, on accessibility and academic issues students face at Middlesex University. They will be responsible for supporting Student Voice Leaders, helping them to identify key issues in faculties, and working on improving the experiences students will have on their course. They are Sabbatical Trustees and play a key role in the relationship between students and the Trustee Board.
