The MDXSU Black Students Assembly is a group which aims to represent and make changes for students of African, Arab, Asian and Caribbean heritage both within Middlesex University and nationally.
The Black Students' group has worked hard to influence Students’ Union policy, as well as contributing to discussions on a national level. They have worked on the #RefugeesWelcome campaign - which led to the resettlement of 50 vulnerable Syrian refugees in our local borough of Barnet - and a lobbying campaign to ensure that MDXSU and Middlesex University takes a stance against the Government’s PREVENT agenda.
