Student Media - relaunch MDXSU's Student Media platform, offering a diverse range of student-led media outlets, such as newspapers, magazines, podcasts, and online platforms, to amplify student voices and provide a platform for creative expression and meaningful conversations
- Equity & Inclusion - Promote equity and inclusivity within the student experience, ensuring that all students have equal access to resources, opportunities, and support systems, regardless of their background or circumstances
- Employability - Creating more job opportunities and internships tailored to MDX students' interests and career aspirations, offering valuable experience and professional growth
The Equity & Inclusion Officer represents Student Members to the University and external audiences. They lead in policy-making, campaigning and lobbying work in conjunction with other Officers, to advance equity of opportunity and fairness of outcomes for students at Middlesex University. They will work with and provide support to Liberation Student Groups and Communities to ensure MDXSU and Middlesex University are equitable to these groups. They are Sabbatical Trustees and play a key role in the relationship between students and the Trustee Board.
